A Damsel in Distress: A Lost Smiles and Strange Circus Game Review

How has it been you all? Hopefully it's been fine! Here, I'm bringing to you another writing of mine, which obviously is another game review. Lost Smiles and Strange Circus is a game developed by SEEC Inc. (Which I believe my be the parent company of ESC-APE, the publisher of Tasokare Hotel & other visual novel adventure games) and was released back in October 2017. The game can be played in mobile through the Play Store and it weighs around 40MB, making it somewhat light. The game can be considered as a story based tycoon game, where it is required for you to build/upgrade things to advance through the story. It is sure a new type of game for me, but again, it sure is good to feel something new once in a while.  Now, let's get into its aspects! The Story Noah's new friends in the strange realm The game begins with a cutscene, telling a story of a girl, named Noah, who lives her live in the town soaked in loneliness. With neither parents nor friends to fill the void

An Unsolved Crime in a Mysterious Town: The Girl in the Window Game Review

Hi there! I'm back again with another content, that being another game review, of a game I recently found and finished. Now, let's get into it! The Girl in the Window is a point and click game developed and published by the Dark Dome. It was released, as in the Play Store, back in November 2019. It weighs around less then 50MB, making it playable in many phones. The size also goes along with the its gameplay which is rather short, but it's indeed rich of qualities that lead me to grow fond of it. Without further ado, let's dive into the game! The Story "20 years ago, there was a mysterious murder. The case was never solved and the house was abandoned from that moment on. Villagers claimed to see strange things inside the house." We will find ourselves as a man who makes his way into a house in some obscure neighborhood. Apparently, the house was no ordinary one, as it is the witness of an unsolved crime, a murder of a girl who lived there. Our character who is

Surviving the Night Against a Possessed Doll: a Mr. Hopp's Playhouse Game Review

Howdy! It's me, the sole writer of this blog! I'm back again to start off the month with yet another game review in this blog. Mr. Hopp's Playhouse is a horror game developed and published by Moonbit Studios back in November 2019 (for pc), while the mobile counterpart was back in December 2020. The game is available to play in mobile and PC, I got mine from the Play Store while for the PC, it's available on Steam. The game weighs around 19MB (Later it would get bigger but still below 50-75MB), making it small and playable on many phones. As another indie horror game, this game really stood out among those I've played before. So let's get to why I got to that conclusion.  The Story The game begins with Ruby, a girl who recently got her hands on a rabbit doll that was given by her now deceased grandmother. Unlike other dolls, this particular one gives her the creeps up to the point she would claim that it's dangerous and is best kept away from her. Hearing thi
